Training Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for this training program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

• All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment in full prior to the training start date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, or any other method specified in the registration process.
• Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the training provider via email.
• Cancellations received:
• More than 21 days before the training date: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
• 14 days before the training date: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the training date or no-shows: No refund.
• Substitutions of participants may be allowed at no extra cost, with prior notice and approval.

3. Changes and Cancellations by the Organizer

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training for any reason, including insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation by the organizer, a full refund may be issued, or the participant may choose to transfer the registration to a future session.

4. Training Materials

• All training materials provided are the intellectual property of the organizer or its licensors.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training sessions.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, with no refund.

6. Liability

• The organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage incurred during the training.
• It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to attend.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing the training event.
• The organizer will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Photography and Media

• Training sessions may be recorded or photographed for promotional or educational purposes.
• By attending, you consent to the use of your image or voice in such recordings unless you notify the organizer in writing prior to the event.
